If your seals are going out, you are losing all you lubricating fluids for that part of the vehicle. If the leak gets really bad, you will have to have the seals replaced.

Assuming a car is front wheel drive and assuming the car does not spin out on the truck. If a car pulls onto a truck going 65mph and the truck is going 60mph how fast will the car be traveling?

If the car pulls onto the truck while maintaining a speed of 65mph, and the truck is moving at 60mph, the car's overall speed will be 65mph. The car's speed does not change by being on the truck, it merely matches the truck's speed.
