∙ 13y agomuscles, when moving a limb e.g. an arm, pull the arm into a bent shape. the bicep contracts and the tricep relaxes simultaneously allowing the arm to bend. the bicep, located on the humorous bone is attached to the forearm, hence when it contacts, the forearm moves closer to the humorous (bends)
