it prevents electricity to flow. i hope that is right
Beavers build dams that stop the flow of water. When this happens, the wildlife in rivers suffer because the flow of water stops.
In a series circuit, if the current is broken the flow of all electricity stops.
The heat sensor in the tub may be faulty. The heating element may be broken, but most of the time when this happens the breaker will through. If the tub has a circulation pump that is not working it will not close the in line flow sensor which will not alow the heater to come on due to low flow. Many flow sensors are clear and you can see it close when the system is running. check out these, and then replace whatever is broken.
When a circuit has a gap in it, everythig stops working because the electricity wont be able to flow around the whole circuit
no rubber stops the flow of electricity
no rubber stops the flow of electricity
If you are talking about a water pump then the kick-back is what happens when the pump is working and the water is flowing inside the pipe then when the pump stops the water flow suddenly stops as well and the column of water inside the pipe falls back because of gravity, if this is not prevented then the impulsor inside the pump, the seal or both can get damaged.
It does not have a mass air flow sensor. It does not have a mass air flow sensor.

An insulator is a material that stops or reduces the flow of electricity.
if the human brain stopped working the whole system of the body will stop working because the brain is the power house of the whole systems and it generates different types of impulses ( motor & sensory) to control voluntary and involuntary movements of the human body.
