If you're talking about how a snow machine works, then here's what I think happens: 1. Water is put in the machine. 2. The machine lowers the temperature of the water. 3. Just as it's about to freeze, a compressed gas canister starts to release air. 4. Nearly frozen water is aerated by the air, and is blown out of the machine.
Should be 140 degrees if your home water supply is 140 or you have a water pre heater in the dishwasher. 140 degress is the public health standard for commecial business dishwashing. A lot of homes don't have water heat that high because of safety to the children in faucet wash water.
The dishwashing liquid cannot freeze, only the water and other liquids that are solvents, which will solidify at a given temperature. However, water that contains solutes (other substances in solution) freezes at a lower temperature than pure water. The reason is most simply explained by saying that the molecules of other substances "get in the way" of water molecules that are trying to form ice crystals as they are cooled (usually by colder air).
