i dont know about elavil but i take 200mg of seroquel and 20mg of paxil everyday. talk to your doctor about the combination. my combination works best for me and i have no plans to quit either medication. make sure your physician knows about any decision that you intend to make.

∙ 12y agoyes they can be. i take 200mg of seroquel and 20 mg of paxil every night, by the time i wake up the peak effects are less severe and i feel great. i can sleep well now thanks to the seroquel and the paxil allows me to not be groggy and makes me feel as if im in a great mood! I've had great success and i continue to take my medication without ever missing a dose, this combination has been a life saver for me. now, know that not every person is best suitable for this combination so make sure that you talk to your physician before making any decisions.

∙ 14y agoyes it's fine... your bound to get tired as you begin a seroquel regime really knocks you out paxil does to a certain extent but is certainly not as sedating

∙ 14y agoPaxil is indicated for depressed and anxious pt. IT has got potent anti-anxiety properties. The interaction with seroquel will probably be more sedation, sleepiness...
