- Sodium chloride is dissolved and dissociated in water.
- Potato can absorb an amount of sodium chloride.
It sure can. All you need is a potato, four toothpicks, and a glass of water. The toothpicks are arranged in the potato in such a manner as to support it on the rim of the glass ... half of the potato is submerged in water, the other half remains dry. Soon, new roots will appear in the submerged parts.
The marble will sink.
An empty glass, since half a glass drunk from half a glass will leave it empty. ;)

Very carefully? A half of a potato makes a pretty good glass-grabbing tool. Push the potato onto the glass shards. The shards will be stuck in the potato, and you can then throw the potato away, glass and all. And potatoes are inexpensive enough that you can afford to waste three or four of them to get ALL of the glass shards. They work well for extracting broken light bulbs, as well; turn off the light, push the potato onto the broken bulb, and you should be able to unscrew it.
If both of them consist of water and ice at the same time then the temperature for both of them is zero Celsius (from the heating curve of water)
Half full. If you look at it as just a glass with water in it then that's what it is. If you put meaning into it then the glass will always be completely full. How full do you want your glass?
Those are called the "eyes" of the potato and sprout when the potato isn't as fresh any longer; these are called seed potatoes. You can actually plant the potato "eyes" (or the whole potato) and they will grow more potatoes, but you have to do it at the right planting time for where you live. You can also sprout them in a glass of water indoors and they will grow long vines, much like a house plant. To do this, insert toothpicks around the center of the potato so they will hold the top half out of the water, otherwise the whole potato will rot.
Yeah. Am always choosing half full glass of water. Because am always looks forward.
The answer depends on the size of the glass; there is no standard size.
You just have to deal with it,man - If it happens there's a reason so live life with the glass half full and party!
