The concussion from a Vietnam era 90mm Patton tank gun feels like someone struck one in the face with the palm of their hand. And that feeling comes from sitting in the tank commander's cupola (TC hatch); which is over 10 feet behind the muzzle of the gun. Russo-Japanese War (1904-1905) battleships had 12" guns. WW1 had 14" guns. WW2 had 16" and 18" guns. A 90mm Patton tank gun is less than a 4" gun. Standing upon the decks (near the muzzles) of 12", 14", 16", and 18" battleship guns would most likely cause death.
On the deck of the battleship USS Missouri.
Swab the deck, polish the brass, sleep, eat, shower and shave. Then do it again.
By adding Archana monsters that happens to be in Sortorius deck.
The surrender of Japan to the US on the deck of the battleship Missouri.
it means that you are up next to bat like if your coach said "Sam is up Taylor's on deck
With the exception of the battleship Arizona which was sunk by a bomb thru the deck, torpedoes sank the balance of battleships with "hull" hits, most of which were "a midships."
Could the asker please direct us to a decklist for the deck itself? We can't help until that happens.

In August 1945 (the 15th to be exact) Japan surrendered, with the surrender doccuments finally signed aboard the deck of the American battleship USS Missouri on 2 September 1945, ended the war.
The Bismarck was a German Battleship active, and eventually sunk- in World War II. in a notable battle she took out the HMS Hood within a few minutes- the Hood was a Battle-cruiser, with limited Deck armor but big cannons. I can"t see any connection. Star Cruiser Yamato dealt with a ( Space-adapted) Battleship but that was Japanese. The Yamato ( roughly,l Patriot) was sunk at the second battle for Okinawa, really the most decisive engagement of the !Pacific War- Battleship Down
