Dating someone who is obese should not be much different than dating someone who is not.

However if the person is morbidly obese and his/her weight is so extreme that they need special seating arrangements for most places, then things could be a bit different. There is also the issue of mobility, which in most cases they are used to dealing with and should not infringe any strain in yourself.

Always be aware that weight is a sensitive issue for anyone who is obese. Never poke fun at any aspect of their problem. Many times an obese person will joke about themselves simply because they want to beat you to the punch, thinking that everyone out there must see them as something to be ridiculed, or made to be ashamed of.

Obese people do not need to be told what to do, they know it and it is a personal issue for them.

Be supportive and considerate and you may find that under the physical aspect there is a wonderful human being capable of great love. You just need to look beyond what your eyes see.
