What happens when you drink holy water?

Nothing, you just drank a little homemade salt water which, possibly contained some Rose water too.

Nothing, if it was in a clean container. I wouldn't suggest drinking it from the font at the front of the church that everyone dips their fingers into.

They say it will give you eternal life, i think. I'm not sure.

Catholic answer: at the very worst, you might be offering disrespect to a sacramental of the Church (a sacramental is a blessed object that is "like a sacrament" but not), but really nothing serious. When I was in the seminary, one of my classmates used to swear it helped to gargle with it if you were getting a sore throat. I think that is bordering on superstition which is a sin in and of itself.

You get absolutely wasted out of your brain. After that, you get into a violent bar brawl, and accidently kill a man. The cops run in shouting, you get arrested, locked up and live the rest of your days in a dark cell, wishing you hadn't drunk from the bloody holy grail.
