Hopefully, no one did eat dressing of any kind that was four years old. But if someone has done so, that person should go straight to the hospital. IMMEDIATELY!

I ate a salad with tomatoes and ranch dressing, mac n' cheese, buns, and a chocolate milk. no your mom haha
Yes it is. Ranch dressing is a condiment, and it's a condiment that contains a lot of saturated and trans fat in it. Of course the amount of fat in this dressing depends on the company that makes it. It's healthy if used in moderation, but not healthy if too much of it is eaten.
Because when the magical purple elephants from mars came to earth, they had a crate of sugar, and all the ants ate all of it. Since, the elephants were mad, they put a curse on them, so now they can't eat sugar, so they prefer ranch dressing.
Of course!! Just don't put anykind of meat in it like chicken, bacon bits..etc. What you want is maybe if you like tomato, ranch dressing, or Italian dressing, onion, lettuce, or whatever you like to put on a salad:) just not meat!!
If the dressing is dairy based than definitely not (Ranch, Blue Cheese, Thousand Island). If it is an oil base (Italian, Vinagarette), than its probably OK for ane extra month or two.
I don't know how many calories are in that salad. What I do know is that if you're trying to eat less calories, go without the ranch dressing. Ranch dressing is fatty and salty. The salad may taste a little blan, but it is worth in the "game" of weight loss. If you have any other questions or comments regarding this topic, please message me on my message board. Hope this helped, happy New Year! -Thanks
I would never even eat gout, with or without salad dressing!
