If it's just a few hours after the time you normally take it, go ahead and take it. If it's half a day or more, don't take it, just wait until you are due to take your next dose. You don't want to stop taking high blood pressure meds. Your blood pressure is being controlled by it and once stopped it will climb. You won't feel a thing but your body will suffer for it.
