Either your body is completely rested and is saying that it no longer needs sleep, or you can simply be anxious. There are so many possibilities of things that can affect your sleep. Some nights I will awaken several times in a night and others an earthquake wouldn't be able to wake me haha =) a good way to stay asleep is to avoid a lot of liquids right before sleeping but have water or something handy for if you get thirsty in the middle of the night.
