Yes, its possible and probably wouldn't be much of a nuisance for either party.
Regarding tangling...its possible you could get stuck for a second, but that would be about it. You won't have to go to the orthodontist to have them dislodge you from each other.

∙ 12y agohey i don't know cause i havent kissed anyone yet and im 13 (GIRL) with braces. i think it wouldn't matter, because if the guy or girl that your kissing has braces, and if you or them really cares for you or (you really care for them,) then it wouldn't matter to you or them so don't worry. :)
You just kiss.:) lol it doesn't matter unless you want to go in for hardcore makeout then you have to go in a lil softer
