You will have to re-obtain the clothing the hard way.
Oh, isn't that a happy little question! If you drop an event item in RuneScape, don't worry, it should appear in Diango's item retrieval service in Draynor Village. Just head over there, and you'll likely find your event clothes waiting for you with a warm smile. Remember, there are no mistakes in RuneScape, just happy accidents!
You cannot retrieve Random Event items. Once you lose that item it is gone until you earn back the same item from the same Random Event, unlike Random Event items, Holiday items can be retrieved from Diango in Draynor Marketplace.
Usually when you finish the random event it will say now with the new updates that you have a point. So go to the clothes shop at Varrok and left click on old lady in the cloths shop and it will say something like collect item and it will come up with a bunch of random event clothes and it depend what random event you do. If you do the mime you get a mime point and get to choose a mime piece etc. Hope this Helps.
Random events are events that do not have a determined outcome. The set of possible outcomes for a random event is always greater than one item.
Yes, very expensive item that was released on Christmas 2001 at the runescape first Christmas event.
you dont get any items while doing the event
Eeek the spider in RuneScape was given away as a holiday event item by completing the 2009 Halloween Event called Web of Shadows. It is not possible to obtain Eek any more if you have not completed the Halloween Holiday Event of 2009.
Even if a player is skulled, the item will be returned to the original lender.
The Easter carrot was a special event item on Easter that you can't get now.. sorry... i got one though..
i am a Mod Jon, as of right now there is no way to receive your item back in the game. But if you would like message me your account information and i will put the item into your bank personally.

Just search for 'Runescape item ID database' and you'll find multiple services to search for item ID's.
