Well, if you mean putting two wires on one terminal of a speaker and two on the other, then it will allow more current to flow from the amp to the speakers. For instance if you had 16 gauge speaker wire and had to power a high power speaker, running multiple wires will allow more current to get to them. I would suggest just getting 12 or 10 gauge instead of running multiple 16 gauge.
