Water
As blood is made from water and blood cells.
83%
In percentage of what in what species, or objects. It is 0% in water! The percentage will depend on what the denominator is. there will be a huge difference between haemoglobin as a percentage of total blood or percentage of total body mass. Also it will vary: people living at high altitudes tend to have higher concentrations.

Blood is more than 90% water...this is probably the answer you want. Blood has a higher percentage of water than any other tissue but, not more than certain excretions and secretions and assorted bodily fluids. You will see a higher water concentration in: saliva, sweat, tears, urine, lymph, insulin, cerebro-spinal fluid, vaginal secretions, cochlear fluid... (I need to re-hydrate, somebody else continue the list.)

From the stomach, fluids travel to the small and large intestine. The main water absorption happens in the large intestine, where the water is absorbed into the blood. This creates a higher blood pressure. However, this blood goes travels through the kidneys, which senses there is higher blood pressure, and in turn, takes the water from the blood into the kidney. These fluid will then leave the body as a component of urine.
