Mars is not livable. First of all, it is too cold.
Second, there is little water, and to transport enough for it to be able to support maybe a hundred people would be unrealistic.
The only life on Mars, as far as we as humans know anyway, is the Mars Rover, and its controllers are right here on Earth.
