Norton is best known for her children's fantasy book series "The Borrowers," which follows the adventures of tiny people who live beneath the floor of an English house and "borrow" items to survive. Norton also wrote a number of other Children's Books and novels, although none achieved the same level of popularity as "The Borrowers."
