Iron is a 3block element. It has 53 as the atomic number.
the first thing i found has helped my hair grow really long is to begin by cutting off all or atleast most of your split ends. If your hair is damaged it will just continue to brake off. After your hair is healthy again take vitamins , they will provide your hair with the "food" it needs to grow , also condition well and make sure to use warm not hot water on the hair. drink plenty of water and get enough sleep. Also avoid using flat iorns and curling iorns i noticed they damaged my hair alot in the past much more then blow dryers but let hair air dry when ever you can. I also heard that massaging your scalp increases blood flow allowing better cirrculation to your scalp -erica Split ends definitely need to be cut to keep hair growing long. If they are not cut, the split continues to travel up the hair shaft, causing hair to break prematurely. Hair vitamins definitely will help to encourage long hair growth fast. Hair grows based on what we feed our bodies. The more vitamins you are able to eat or supplement, the better chance your hair has to receive the left over nutrients not taken away from other parts of the body that have to function, such as your vital organs.
Well, Ussually iorns can get pretty hot, But you don't see every day hot things get red do you . Well use fire for an example what colors are fire, What colors do you see in fire usually red orange yello wand blue and a fire is over 200 degrease so a red hot iron would be over 400 degrease. Nver ever touch a red hot iron ever unlease well that's somthing else. to britten up your day here is a joke Does the deer have a little doe? ya two bucks cracks me up!
I am in the habit of cleaning as i go threw out the day. But make time to really clean and sanitize before i go home, so everything is fresh and ready for the morning. And but clean, i mean Remove all products and styling aides ( flat iorns, hair dryers, etc. ). Wipe down and clean full mirrors, shelves & all surfaces of workstation. We use @ least 70 % alcohol in a marked spray style bottle. Wipe down and clean chair. sweep and mop your area. Change out your marvacide. Clean and santitize all combs, brushes, hair clips, rollers, perm rods, etc. used that day. Clean and santitze clippers, trimmers, flat irons, curling irons, etc. used that day. Put all tools away, ready for the next day! Keeping up on these small task really only take a mins a day to do, and are good salon habits to git into!
if u want your hair to grow faster u need to make sure its healthy, every time u brush, or do anything that involves heat (flat iorns, blow dryers, etc.) u get breakage. If ur hair is very damaged most people think that its not growing but infact whats happening is its breaking off and ur not seeing any change in the lenght. To start off i would make sure to use a moisturising shampoo and a recinstructing conditioner, dont EVER brush ur hair when its wet just run a wide tooth comb thru it. Cut back as much as possible on all thermal styling, and when u need to use any styling tool that involves heat make sure to put in a thermal protecting product first. get REGULAR trims and start taking a prenatal vitamin everyday if u do all of these things u will see a HUGE difference in 4-9 months :)
