D. Lysosomes
A nucleus is the only organelle in the list that has a single membrane.
PM,ER,Golgi,Nucleus,Ribosome,Mitochondria,Lysosome,Cytoskeleton,peroxisome et al.
Phospholipids, Proteins and carbohydrates
Organelles found in cells are Lysosome, Mitochondrion, Nucleus, Water Vacuole, Food Vacuole, Ribsome, Endoplasmic Reticulum, Golgi Body, Chloroplast, Cell Membrane, Cell Wall, Cytoplasm, and Peroxisome.
Similarities: Cell membrane, mitochondria, ribosome, nucleus, endoplasmic reticulum, vacuole, cytoplasm Differences: Cell wall (plant), lysosome (animal), chloroplast (plant)

No lysosomes do not have double membrane . They are single membrane organells .

Mitochondrion
sometimes the nucleus. To see the nucleus, you may have to stain the sample. Plastids (only found in plant cells) are visible too, along with the cell wall, the cell membrane, and the mitochondria.
Smooth endoplasmic reticulum (ER) rough endoplasmic reticulum (ER) nucleus Golgi apparatus Mitichondrian Liposome cell membrane there are different parts in an animal cell and a plant cell, so I have to list them separately ANIMAL vacuole mitochondria endoplasmic reticulum (ER) nucleus ribosome lysosome nucleolus nuclear membrane cytoplasm cell membrane cell membrane PLANT cell membrane chloroplast chromosome mitochondria endoplasmic reticulum (ER) cell wall nuclear membrane nucleus nucleolus ribosomes cell membrane

Most of them. Lysosomes, endoplasmic reticulum, golgi apparatus, peroxisome, vacuoles all have single membranes. Nucleus has double membrane to make it less permeable, chloroplasts have membrane bound structures (thylakoid) inside its two membranes, and mitochondria have larger membrane that is folded within the outer membrane for added surface area.
