The 1983 civic, hatchback with 1.5 engine does not have one.
There is a simple fuse clip, not a real fuse box, in this scooter as it has only one 10 Amp fuse. This fuse clip is located close to the battery. The Aero NH80 was made from 1983 to 1985 and it may not be easy to get parts for it from Honda dealers any more.
the best that i know is to take out engine mounts and jack up the engine then it should be easy
On the Interstate you have to loosen a set screw on the headlight adjustment knob (between the speedometer and the fairing) Remove the knob then the 17mm. nut holding the bulb assembly in. The entire unit will then come out from the front of the bike. replace the bulb (H4 type) reinstall, the unit tighten the nut, replace the adjustment knob, tighten the set screw. It should only take you 5 or 10 minutes tops. GOOD LUCK! You need a battery. The battery prevents surges when you rev your moped. It should be located under the seat. If there is one you need a new one.

How do I check the transmission fluid on a 1983 Honda Civic 1500DX
Since you didn't mention the exact model, I've researched all four Honda Motorcycle models in 1983, with 1100cc engines. These include the 1983 Honda CB1100F Super Sport 1100 (valued at $3,515 retail), the 1983 Honda GL1100A Gold Wing Aspencade(valued at $3,030 retail), the 1983 Honda GL1100I Gold Wing Interstate (valued at $2,550 retail), and the 1983 Honda GL1100 Gold Wing (valued at $2,420 retail).
There is no adjustment for the starter clutch. If it isn't worknig properly you replace the rollers, springs and other parts as needed.
