It depends, as they need to fit the weight and height requirements specified in your vehicle manual, to sit in a seat unassisted. Unless there is a local bylaw requiring people of a certain age, height or weight either to sit in a booster seat, or not in a booster seat.
If you are still the age that you have to sit in a car seat then you can but you have to be taller than the airbag
sixty pounds to not sit in a booster seat
You have to be 12 or over but you can have a booster seat and sit on that.Added: In many states there is a minimum HEIGHT which must be met also.
It's actually based on height. Last I heard it was 4'9"
In Georgia, children over 4'9" may use only a seat belt and are not required to use a booster seat.
11 but if you are 130cm s you can sit in the front without a booster seat :)
122.5cm or 49 inches
110 lbs and its 4'6. for height
You can sit in the front seat at any age, but booster seats must be used if required. It's far safer to ride in the back seat and a rear facing booster seat should never be used in the front.
Every age can sit in the front of any car any where in PA. Age 0-7 need to be in a booster. Ages above do not need one.
