There are several private jet companies that have private jets. Many of these companies have executive jet pilots for rent. You can try searching wants ads for people seeking such employment. That may be the best way if you yourself do not want to place an ad.
1997 Yamaha blaster it bogs when you try to start out with but when it get going if you keep the rpms up it run like a champ you put a rebuilt carb on it and the same thing it wont idle?
It sounds like you may have a vacuum leak. Here's how you test it... you will need to remove the air intake line to the carb, and place a CLEAN piece of cardboard over the air inlet port. If the ATV keeps running, you have an intake leak if it dies, then I would guess your pilot jet in your carb is clogged. If you used the same jets in your rebuilt carb, you will have to take it aparat (again.. I know) and run a small guitar string through the pilot jet hole. Based on your symptom I would guess it's the pilot jet being clogged, but the vacuum leak test is so easy I would try that first. Hope this helps!

Possibly a clogged pilot jet. I took the bowl off the carb of my sons TTR 90 and found it to be clogged. They are extremely tiny on these bikes and can clog easily. Take the 4 screws out of the bottom of the carb and you will see two jets. One is the main jet and the other (smaller diameter and longer is the pilot jet). unscrew it with a flat head screw driver and see if you can see through it in the light. Again (the hole in this jet is TINY so if you see light it is probably good. If not try carb cleaner and compressed air to blow the trash out.

Pilot also has another pen available that helps prevent check fraud. They come in many colors and never skip or dry out. Should work great for whatever you need your ballpoint pen to do.
