In Windows10 Operating system the "File Explorer" is used to manage folders.
On a Windows computer it is called Windows Explorer. Hold down the key with the Windows logo on it next to your space bar, press the E key, and release both keys. This is the keyboard shortcut for Windows 'E'xplorer. You may also go to the START or round Windows logo button I the lower left corner of your screen, left click it, then go to My Computer and either left click for a non folder view or right click and select Explore for a Foldered view... Using the left click option, once the Explorer window opens you may find a Folders button on the toolbar to toggle the folder tree column on the left side of that window.
