Bones need regular exercise to stay as strong as possible. Walking, jogging, running and other physical activities are important in keeping your bones strong and healthy. Riding your bike, Basketball, soccer, gymnastics, baseball, dancing, Skateboarding and other activities are all good for your bones. When it comes to keeping your bones healthy,the answer to that is exercise,you can do some moves like cycling,swimming,sports and running.It is also important to keep our bones safe,in order to do this we must put on some equipment like helmet, kneepads, shin guards, mats, knee pads, etc... to keep those bones safe.We also know that we need to eat healthy foods like vitamins,protein and calcium,we also need some carbohydrates to give us a lot of energy to keep us ready for the whole day!
