A good and accurate front-end alignment.
All the parts of the steering and suspension "point straight down the road" will establish the steering wheel to do the same.
Anything out of alignment will pull/push the wheel(s) in that direction.
That would be the nut that holds the steering wheel to the steering shaft.
Take it back to the alignment shop and they should re-do it for free. If you paid for it, your steering wheel should be straight.
When you have the front end aligned the mechanic should align the steering wheel also. This is so the steering wheel is positioned straight when you're driving straight down the road.
Check and see if your power steering fluid level is low.

To remove the steering wheel from your 1985 Chevy Celebrity: First remove the horn button. There should be a keeper at the tip of the steering shaft, remove it. Remove the nut that holds the wheel in place. Use a steering wheel puller to actually remove the steering wheel.

air bag has to be disconnected and taken out of the steering wheel and then the nut that holds the wheel on has to be taken off and a wheel puller is used to pull the wheel off it's splines.
There will need to be an alignment done on the vehicle to straighten the steering wheel properly. The adjustment to make it straight is called a "toe Adjustment". If it pulls while driving causing the steering wheel not to be straight it will need a Caster or Camber adjustment or all of these may need adjustmnet.
Under the instrument panel on the drivers side to the left of the steering wheel
