I don't know of any insurance company that does not perform a credit check. This does not mean that every company will turn you down just because of slow payments or a bankruptcy 2 years ago due to medical bills. Many will write your coverage anyway. Be truthful and find and independent agent that you like and let them check multiple companies to find you the best coverage for the best premium.
