Easily Hanoverians. They Are 3 Star Jumpers And The Only Three Star Jumpers. They Also Have Good Speed And They're Not Too Bad At Dressage Either Which Is All Required For Showjumping (:

There doesn't seem to be a 'Best' breed of horse, it just doesn't exist, a horse is a horse, you cant get a best horse, unless you train and give it lessons to the max, just pick a good horse you like, I suggest. :)
The most popular is Arabian. And then I believe it is paint horse.
It depends on the training of the horse and what event.

There really isn`t the Best horse. my advice ponies are faster to train
the best horse for jumping is not a heavy built horse like a shire but a light built horse like an arab!

It means in training. You can have up to 10 stars (*) FOr example if you have 1 star in jumping then you train your horse in jumping and he/she can get more stars that way. The more stars you have the better the horse is.
On Howrse, it means to train a horse to 15% in one division. ex. dressage, jumping...
