Although we have a predetermined list of names for storms in 2013, any system that becomes a tropical or subtropical storm will be named. We have no way of knowing which storms will reach hurricane strength or where or when they will hit, or if any of them will have a major impact. Additionally, it is highly unlikely that all of the names will be used.
Here is the list of names that will be up for use in the 2013 Atlantic hurricane season:

Yes. There are hurricanes every year, so there will be hurricanes in 2013. However there is no way of telling where or exactly when these hurricanes will occur.
We do not know when the first hurricane will occur. The season officially begins in June, but June hurricanes are fairly rare. The first hurricane usually occurs in July or August.
Hurricane Bonnie - 2013 was released on: USA: October 2013
Hurricane Ingrid struck south Texas in mid-September 2013.
Harbor Shores - 2013 Hurricane Katrina - 1.4 was released on: USA: 2013
So far in 2013 (as of June 8) there has only been one hurricane in 2013; Hurricane Barabara, which briefly became a hurricane before making landfall on Mexico's Pacific coast. Note that hurricane season has only just begun, and probably will not peak until August or September.
