Because some adults want to be kids again, or some adults think that Other content is boring because there is no right style put into 'em, for example, shows/movies that are done with camera and actors, are too realistic, for example, adults who are artists who makes distorted pictures doesn't usually like realism. Some adults like cartoons because cartoons can contain much more impossible things that doesn't happen in real life. Some adults like childish humor so they watch childish cartoons. I personally like cartoons because realism is boring.
