Im assuming that you started on some type of anti-estrogenic medicine before the surgery. If you just got the surgery give it some time, there could be residual swelling in the area that may not be breast tissue at all.
Speak to a doctor, he may have you start a medical regimine , however surgery may be necessary again down the line.
