dont worry about it just means he's too shy to talk to you. Be patient, you start talking to him invent him a conversation make him talk to you by you saying hi or sup or anything.

I had this problem. Just wait for them to grow up a little. Boys are behind girls and he will come into his own and be a little more brave just don't be pushy and give him space. Also boys are nervous around girls they like because they feel like they have to impress them.
