Simple - just show them your sales receipt. If you really did pay, you have one.
Consider these issues and compare with your local laws:If she is not paying rent, she is a guest (now uninvited) and can be asked to return the key and move out immediately. She is not a tenant, she is a trespasser. If she refuses to go, it is a domestic dispute and you can get a restraining order if necessary. Unlike a tenant, she has no right to remain there, and can be removed immediately by the local police.Your local laws may vary.
No of course not
Ask your dad for some alone time with him and NOT with his girlfriend and then tell him you want him to pay attention to you too.
No, she would have to sign over the title willingly to you. Otherwise, you've been paying on HER car.
If you have a new girlfriend what is the purpose of this. Do either one of these girls know you're playing mind games? Shame on you, there's already enough crap going on in this world without a guy like you trying to mess with others. Get a clue and don't forget what comes around goes around..... I am assuming that your ex girlfriend can't handle the fact you have broken-off with her and is bothering you or your new girlfriend or both. If she is causing trouble then you are going to have to come face-to-face with her and tell her that your relationship is over and you have a new girlfriend and if she persists on bothering you (if this should include stalking or harassing you in any way) you will go to the police. The police will probably do little with the exception of paying her a visit, but it may throw a scare into her.

she means shes jealous because you r paying attention to another girl
Jealousy can be compared to ownership (a girlfriend may not like other girls paying attention to her boyfriend) or, envy.
It depends on how good you are at stalking, how much you smell, how well you are camouflaged how much noise you make, and how much attention the wolf is paying. Also depends on the wolf caring if you're there.
If you have someone who is stalking you this is very dangerous. A person like this sees any rejection as a positive thing because you are paying attention to them. They don't think like normal people so the best thing to do is ignore them. This can be very hard to do, but it is something that you must do if he is truly stalking you. A book that can help you in this is called a GIFT OF FEAR by Gavin De Becker. Read chapter 8 starting on page 119-139. I used this book and it worked, but you have to follow his advice.
