Ooh. That's a good question. All I can say is that if you really like someone and that person asks you out, you shouldn't worry about what other people will think because it is not their relationship. The same thing happen to me when I was in the 7th grade. I was crushing on this Boy still am) and he had asked me out one time before, right after he broke up with my best friend. I would have told him yes but I just couldn't do that to my best friend since 1st grade. So, then he asked me out again this year(8th grade) and he had been with ALOT of girls and when I say alot, I mean alot.I told him no because I was afraid of what people would think if I went with him, although I really liked. Now, he's got a new girlfriend and I can't forgive myself for turning him down. If I could reverse time, I would and I would have definitely said yes, NO MATTER WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THOUGHT. They would not talk about it for long.So girls, if a guy asks you out, you really like him, although you are worried about what other people will think: SAY YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS, because in the end YOU will be the one who is sorry, not him!
