Yes! But it is a little strange (o.k. really strange) that a couple (man and his wife) want a third party (woman) with them on vacation. Why! A vacation is private, is romantic, so why take another woman with them?? I believe they want to have a way of fun in their vacation, a threesome. It wouldn't be the first time.
Ok if his wife is coming along to then that means that they just wanna spend some time with you! That's no problem! But if he wants to just go with you then that might be a little problem ask him why you invited you and not his wife. If you don't feel comfortable tell him! if he is your friend then he should understand. If he doesn't you should definitely tell his wife because that is not fair for her.
