Yes, it will be distributed through intestacy which every state has a statute for guidance. Typically the property will flow first to the spouse, then your children, then your parents, and to the siblings....until it finds a heir.

What is the word in LAW for a person who enjoys a property when it was given by an owner to look after temporarly for sometime.?

I BELIEVE that you might be referring to someone who holds a LIFE ESTATE to the property (i.e.: they can live on the property for as long as they live, or until they abandon it, and/or upon their death it reverts to the property owner).

Did work on a property guy owes me 4500 and is not paying want to place a lien on property and found out he does not own it his dad does can you still put a lien against the property?

In the UK you could not, the contract was/is between you and the person who hired you. You have to go after the property that belongs to this person not someone else (his dad is a separate legal entity and his dad did not hire you). I would think the US law was similar in this respect.

What rights does a person have to come in to my property and collect their belongings after months?

At common law, a person has a right to peaceably enter another person's owned or rented property in order to retrieve his or her personal property. The entry cannot legally be made by force. It must be done at a reasonable time of day. The person whose property is being entered has the right to order the other person to leave, failing which the other person becomes a trespasser. The common law has been amended by statute in many jurisdictions, and in such cases the foregoing might not apply. It would be best to consult a lawyer in the place where the property is located.
