A temperature of 38 degrees Celsius is 100.4 Fahrenheit. That is only slightly elevated, but it depends on the individual and his or her age. It also depends on what other symptoms you are having. If you don't normally run 38 degrees, consider staying at home, drinking plenty of fluids, and staying in bed. If it persists, see a doctor.
