Depends on your bone structure & how much is fat & muscle but for most that would be overweight

The easiest way to calc weight is

1.calc height in cms..

2. remove 100 from the cms..

since u r '10'' ur 177.5 cms tall. and after removing 100 = the no we get is 77.5..

that's ur weight in Kilograms.. and in pounds - 170.85 lbs.. like the other person said, it also depends on the bone weight and and the work outs if u have been doing any.. muscle mass also makes u over weight but that's good.. =) so i would say around 190 should be ur limit..
