if the number of platelets is too high, blood clots can form thrombosis, which may obstruct blood vessels and result in such events as a stroke, myocardial infraction, pulmonary embolism or the blockage of blood vessels to other parts of the body, such as the extremities of the arms or legs. An abnormality or disease of the platelets is called a thermobocytothpy which could be either a low number of platelets thrombocytopenia a decrease in function of platelets thrombasthenia or an increase in the number of platelets thrombocytosis.
clotting problems
These factors mean that quantity will increase at a more than proportionate amount to price.
ThrombocytosisThrombocytosis, Platelets degerate in 10days so this is not common but can be caused byThe cells within the bone marrow producing more platelets.Less platelets being removed from the blood by the spleen.
I guess it is 400000 But may be more
As a general rule, as the price level increases the quantity demanded will decrease, and vice versa. If the good or service is inelastic (e.g. a necessity or necessary to survival) a change in price will affect the quantity in a less than proportionate manner. That is, if there is a increase in price, the quantity demanded will increase only a small (if any) amount. If the good or service is elastic (e.g. luxury items) a change in price will affect quantity demanded more than proportionately. So if the the price increases, quantity demanded will decrease a large (more than proportionate) amount.
To increase revenue. Revenue = Price x Quantity sold. So if a firm sells more products and/or sells products at a higher price, revenue will increase.

Simply quantity of water will increase with proportion to the qty of ice added.
A quantity supplied is more than quantity demanded its called A Surplus.
both are important
a price ceiling results in a shortage because quantity demanded exceeds quantity supplied. it can increase consumer surplus but producer surplus decreases by more causing a deadweight loss in the market.
Quantity of what? Needs more information.
The function of the platelets is to clot blood. There for it stops blood from flowing if a body part is cut. maintainence of haemostasis.(process which causes the bleeding to stop.) platelets secrete platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)
