A lump in your foot could be soft tissue swelling, a bony problem or a skin problem.
It is more than likely it is cancerous. And can be treated only be seeing a vet. Mine had the same problem.
If it is only your foot, poke it on the side. Do you feel a little solid lump sticking out? If you do, you just pulled a muscle. Just walk around a bit, and it'll be better. Don't worry.
Most likely a wart.
