You cannot use tampons when you're not menstruating - you don't know how heavy or light bleeding is to know what absorbency is safe to use, if pink then it's not heavy enough for a tampon. Tampons pose risk of infection so not something that you would want to use during pregnancy anyway.
If you're bleeding then it may be something simple like hormonal differences, but it may be something more serious that may lead to miscarriage. You need to talk to your doctor if you are bleeding during pregnancy, especially if you're bleeding is heavy.

If you are having a regular period, you are not pregnant.
If your period is late and you have been having sex without using anything to prevent pregnancy, you should take a pregnancy test.
It is totally normal for girls in their teens to not have their period for a few weeks. Women out of adolescence who miss their periods and are not pregnant could have a hormonal imbalance and should talk to her general practitioner or gynocologist at her next visit.
