Unlawful touching does not have to be harmful only offensive, so that doesn't matter legally -it's a misdemeanor but get some kind of defense, it could be a year in jail (probably not for first offense) but fine can be anywhere from 2-5k depending on where you are. Look at below page on web has a lot of good info

Then you did not commit a crime. I assume you mean, "What do you do if you are charged with a crime you did not commit?" The answer is, "You get a lawyer."
Becuase If Anything wasnt charged then you wouldn't Be able to play your cellphone or anything that charges.
you would probably assume the battery wasnt the problem. Ask yourself what made you so certain the battery was the problem.
I had this problem. The alternator was fine, it was the battery that was bad. The alternator was "pegging" out the indicator bc it was trying to charge the battery, but it wasnt taking charge. Take the battery out and have it checked.
not buy any chance will i convict some one for murder , i think the stand your grounds applys to this defendant .
The victim could bring a suit against the alleged perpetrator in civil court but if the alleged rapist was not convicted the first time around, the case could not be heard again in criminal court, that would be double-jeapordy.
Simple put... its the man or woman the injustice happened to. For example: the victim of the car smash... is the innocent guy or gal who got hit and wasnt the cause of the accident. The victim of the assault is the same. The innocent guy or gal who got mugged.
