If you are always the first to start a conversation with a guy you're interested it means your moving to fast for him. He might be freaked because he's shy or he might not like you. Although this might be true, don't give up hope! If he's not the shy type you just need to give him time. Let him start the conversations. But if he doesn't seem to want to talk, start hanging out with his friends so you could be around him more often. When you start the conversations he might just want attention, so if you don't he'll want more and he'll find more reasons to talk to you. Good Luck! =)
