Hormonal Birth Control lightens the amount of flow and reduces the number of days that you bleed. Any amount of bleeding counts as a period if you're on hormonal birth control.
It all depends on how long you bled before you got on birth control. Some birth control pills stop bleeding completely. If you want to know specifics your going to have to talk to your doctor.
It's possible. You should wait 14 to 16 days after you had sex to take a home pregnancy test.
You should take your birth control pills in order and on schedule regardless of bleeding. If you have questions about your bleeding, call the prescriber, but keep taking the pills.
Could be that your hormones are out of balance, often happens if you have recently been on different types of birth control during a period of time. When I got the shot, I constantly bled, so they put me on the pill to stop the bleeding, after my one month of the pill, I didn't have a period for almost six months. I would definitely consult the doctor who prescribes your birth control, cause it could be something serious, or that you may have become pregnant. You can also bleed for the first few months even if you are pregnant
* I suppose anything is possible, but I had a co-worker who was receiving some form a birth control shot and she bled for about a month.
I started the patch before my period (like two days before) and it kinda messed me up for a little bit. I bled (spotting and period included) for one month. I stayed on the patch for four years and it worked great. Ask your doctor.
Take a pregnancy test
If you have been on the pill for over 4 weeks then perform a pregnancy test 3 weeks after you last had intercourse. If you've recently started birth control, you need to continue taking your pills as normal but you need to use a condom for 4 weeks to prevent pregnancy. The same applies to the above.
probably you may need to check afterwards to make sure and then go to the doctors
Absolutely.. just your body getting back to normal.. both times I was on depo bled 3/4 weeks after getting off.. kind of like after you have a baby you bleed for weeks beings the depo tricks your body into thinking your "preg".. In other words your A ok..hope this helps..
If she bleeds it's either because you were too rough, she was not lubricated enough, she was on her period. If you got her pregnant with pre-ejaculation, which is possible, you will find out 2 weeks form now when she can take a test. Her bleeding after sex is no indication or pregnancy. And yes, you can get pregnant on your period, especially on the last days. She can also take the morning after pill up to 5 days/120 hours after sex, preferably within 12 hours though. I don't know what kind of birth control you guys are using but if you use the pull out method, it sounds like that is what you are using, 1/4 get pregnant that way. Get proper birth control or prepare to be parents.
It is possible that it could be a miscarriage. The only way to know is to visit a doctor.
