If this is unusual for you then it is possible. However, heavy bleeding is definitely not pregnancy related. If the bleeding for two days was light then this could be pregnancy related but if it was heavy then very unlikely. Sometimes on the first day of your period you will spot.

∙ 12y agochances are no....periods can change just like the rest of our bodies. i had the same problem...don't sweat it. its just annoying to have a period that isn't steady.

∙ 16y agono! its said that you cant. it is incredibly rare for a girl to have any sort of period when she is pregnant. and if you did it would only be a little bit of spotting, not anything heavy.
