Walk away. You are being scammed.
I bought a car in Texas, then moved out of state, I still made payments, but not I'm behind. I intent to start paymants up again, but now the dealer is saying that he is going to sue me, Can he?
you might be screwed . . . any decent dealer will tell you upfront that you signed is on the condition that the bank accepts evrything, when I've bought a car before my dealer even has a disclamer to sign saying they have told me that.
You bought it off of the internet
dealer selling rv with dry rot tires
It depends on the context. For example, You could say " I have been approved to be a banana." It wouldn't make sense if you said "I has been approved." And you could only say has in " It has been approved to be a banana." saying " It have been approved to be a banana." just wouldn't make sense.
When I bought my ford windstar it was used and later discovered the sway bar needed replacing. I am not saying that this is your problem but it is worth checking out also check you motor mounts, tires.
the item i bought is same as saying i purchased an item. It means buy.
A letter of acceptance is a letter saying that you have been accepted or approved for something. Like when you apply for a college and you get the letter saying you have been accepted for example.
yes it is....
You are not responsible for the dealer's incompetence! Tell them if they lost the check to work it out with the bank. (This sort of behavior by a dealer really don't surprise me, and it shouldn't surprise you either). I honestly believe it is better to buy a vehicle from an individual than a car lot of any kind as dealers get a lot of practice at "shaking down" potential buyers. I hope this helps some. Mike
Not if it's approved by the court. see link
Another way of saying "used". Someone else bought it new, but sold it on.
