DONT. If you cheat while on the HCG diet (Drops or shots) you will notice an immediate stall in your weight lossfor up to 7 days, and even weight gain.
If you MUST cheat and feel you need somethign sweeter, try cutting up 7 strawberries and sprinkling some artificial sweetener on it. Eat this with your bread stick or cracker for the day.

∙ 12y agoIf you end up cheating on the hCG diet all hope is not loss. The best thing you can do is just get right back on track and keep going. If you do have several days in a row without weight loss than you should definitely make adjustments.
