Granted, they lost some weight but skipping meals especially breakfast is not very effective in caring for one's health. Portion controlled diet would be best. splitting the meals in smaller servings can help you lose weight and prevent you from eating snacks because the food is served every two hours. Lastly, skipping two meals can only hurt your stomach but it also deplete nutrients in your body.
