It is called a hemroid, or hemmroid. Both spellings are accepted. They are small bumps that are very sensitive to touch and can be termed inside or outside types. They can be a simple annoyance or may require surgury to be removed. Ask your OBGYN the next visit, or make one to correctly identify the problem. There are various topical creams and suppositories that are avialable over the counter to alleviate the pain and swelling. It is anus related and not vaginal.
