i find that using Coco butter stick works well, or Coco butter Vaseline, works great to.also i find that i get them cause my nuts itch and i tend to want to scratch them, as a male tends to do in his own, privet time, but for me, i don't cut my nails, so if it's in the middle of the night thing, you can wake up sore, try cutting your nails, you might be having itches, in your sleep and not knowing it, :p
